The White Peak Distillery is a local distillery newly opened just 10 minutes from Matlock Bath.  They offer tours at a small cost with a tasting at the end, it’s best to book online if you are interested on going on a tour as they get very busy.  Check out their website on https://www.whitepeakdistillery.co.uk/ it’s well worth a visit.
